Aruna Shields Movie Mr Singh Mrs Mehta

The film is about two Indian couples living in London and ideally should have been shot as a bi-lingual or in English. Out of the four leading cast, two stars Aruna Shields and Lucy Hassan are Brit-Asian actors who don’t know Hindi.

Going bold and baring all, Aruna Shields nude is the most talked about pretty young thing in the entertainment fraternity.
Aruna stress that nudity is not highlighted in the film. It’s only shot from sideways. She says she has absolutely “no issues” with her nude scenes in the movie which is about adultery.

Society is not willing to take extra marital affairs, they take it as accidents which happends to others. You only get a jolt when it actually happens to you or to someone you know. It is a take on four dramatic characters. Mrs. Singh (Aruna Shields), an agony aunt columnist, is obviously agonized upon discovering her husband’s infidelity. Mr. Singh (Naved Aslam) and Mrs. Mehta (Lucy Hassan) are having an extra-marital affair, despite being ostensibly happy with their respective marriages. However his wife has confidence in Ashwin’s talent. This causes Mrs. Singh (Aruna Shields) and Mr. Mehta (Prashant Narayanan) to be drawn to each other and seek comfort in each other’s company.

Ashwin is an upcoming painter, however she is living his life own his wife. This puts him in a spot.

Considering that Bollywood has so few adult films to offer, this one’s a rare experience. In one way the film is a type of wife swapping, eventhough unintentional. And the fact that it is dealt with a degree of understatement and maturity, with a great music score (Ustad Shujat Hussain Khan and Sharang Dev) to translate the emotional quotient on to the screen, makes it a decent watch. Director Pravesh made sure that there were very minimal crew members are present while shooting the nude scenes. The film is filled with kissing and nude scence. Aruna Shields did a wonderfull job and the nude scence in a very comfortable manner. The movie is not meant to titillate anyone so there were no vulgar scenes. Every shot is done very aesthetically.

The film is a refreshing walk off the beaten Bollywood track and scores on its minimalist approach to matrimonial discord.

The “I Kissed A Girl” hitmaker is preparing to marry British funnyman Russell Brand and she’s given Rihanna the task of organizing a pre-wedding bash before she walks down the aisle.

Kary Perry decided not to avail the service of a professional stripper for the event as she wants Rihanna to show off her body.

Maybelline has chosen Indian model Diana Penty as new face. Family Picture Mommy and Me Review

Mummy & Me is the latest malayalam movie staring Kunchacko Boban, Archana Kavi, Mukesh, Lalu Alex, Urvashi, Shari, Janardhanan, Anoop Menon. and directed by Jithu Joseph.

World over malayalees life is getting a make over due to the influence of tv programes. That is the same reason why this movie may become a success.

The film talks about the generation gap between a teenager and her mother portrayed by Archana Kavi and Urvasi, respectively.

Archana Kavi protrays todays teenage daugher in a middle class family who is demanding more freedom in her life. She is not happy with her mother trying to control her life. Father played by Mukesh has to bear the burnt of this, as he fails to bridge the gap between them.

And there is Jewel’s young brother who tries to spy on her; Rahul (Kunchako Boban), son of Joseph’s childhood friend (Lalu Alex), who acts as Jewel’s local guardian and secretly likes her. Story takes the turn as Jewel gets into trouble with the college bad guys and rahul saves her.

The movie is carried forward in the safe hands of Urvasi and Kunchako to some extend. Urvasi takes to the role as a fish would take to water. I saw one of her inerview where she speaks like a dumb girl. She has screen presence, but needs to hone down the histrionics. Kunchako Boban shaves off his moustache to look like a college student and succeeds in doing so to a large extent. Mukesh and Lalu alex are just part of the movie.

This movie is getting ample attention and is is going to be another successfull in Malayalam as the subject and the presentation is loved by the malayalee family world wide. The society is looking for such good movies rather than purely commercial cinema.

Writer-director Jeethu Joseph tries to prove his versatility with this film, but does not succeed fully as the film is very loud. It may be the title and the story line which is doing the magic.

Another lady Saroja is trying for freedom from a brothel house. The role of a prostitute ‘Saroja’ is done by Anushka Shetty and shows off her slim belly to prove that yoga can flatten belly.

A rock star who desparately trying to make it big in the music world is the third character.

An old man wants to educate his only son and is need of money for that.

An educated poor chap trapped in proverty need some money to impress his rich girl friend.

In Vedam each individual delivers their most excellent. The cameos by Bhramanandam and Krish himself were suitably written too. ‘Vedham’ will create a modern cult of picture making, as of the reaction it is receiving right now.

MM Keeravani composed the music written by Sirivennela Seetarama Sastry, Sahiti, E S Murthy and Keeravani.

Vyshakh Abraham Film Pokkiriraja Fast Review

Pokkiri Raja is the most recent movie by the ever green Mammootty. However there is another old Tamil movie (1982) by this same name by Rajnikant. A movie with out tale and reason. However, it is going to be a new hit in Tamil and Malayalam as it is a crowd entertainer. The people is wanting for such movies rather than fine films. There was time when Mammooty used to act only good malayalam films, however at present the super star is trying to maintain equilibrium between both ends.

The narrative of Pokkiriraja is very unclear. Pokkiri Raja movie is about two sons Raja and Surya (Mammootty and Prithviraj) of an idealistic school teacher who turn into dadas. One of them run away from home and become a big dada while the other stays at home and become a local dada. The entire plot is built around two feudal families fighting over a temple festival in a village; a typical tamil movie style.

Later on the two dadas meet in a big city and sparks fly as they do not identify that they are brothers. Nothing new about the story if it is there. Newcomer Vyshakh is doing the direction.

The dialogues go like this: Mammootty states he is not insecure of the childish Prithviraj as he has just started taking little steps. The whole narrative where the two actors share the screen are interspersed with such conversation.

And, when Prithviraj talks about the costume code in night clubs, the elder one claims that he has been the style icon for the youngsters for a long time. This goes on and on.

Both Mammootty and Prithviraj have ample scope to gratify their hardcore followers. Mammootty dances and uses his broken English to induce laughter as has been the trend in recent times.

Prithviraj packaged as a wholesome entertainer does not disappoint. One just hopes that this manufactured worship does not go to his head. Editor have done a fantastic job by picking all those small romantic sequences from a lengthy movie and compile to a attractive to watch 3 mints video as the song “Manikkinavin”. Slick presentation and some action scenes which are bound to go well with the masses are the highlights of this movie. All in all for the true viewer, it is a disappointment. But it will turn out to be a super hit.
